• Participant Responsibility: The participant holds full responsibility for engaging in the dune buggy activity.
• Follow the Guide: It is highly advised to listen to and follow the instructions of our experienced tour guide. Please note that insurance does not cover any damage, injuries, or loss during the tour.
• Indemnity Form: All participants must sign an indemnity form before starting the tour, ensuring mutual understanding and liability.
• Age Requirements: Participants driving the dune buggy must be at least 16 years old, while passengers must be at least 10 years old. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Health Considerations: Pregnant women and individuals with back or neck pain, heart issues, or other major medical conditions are not permitted to participate in the tour for their safety.
• Dress Appropriately: Check the weather conditions before the tour. In summer, it is recommended to wear light clothes, while in winter, opt for long, covered clothing and a jacket.
