• Both pick-up and drop-off times are included in the tour’s duration. You will be picked up during the first 30-45 minutes of your scheduled time. Pickup from locations outside the city will be directed to a nearby site. All tours/activities have a set length, although it may vary based on city traffic.
• This activity lasts about 6 hours, including the 60-minute quad bike tour, pick-up, and drop-off. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the quad bike phase and are advised to listen to and follow the tour guide. Participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour.
• Participants must be 16 years old or older and have a basic understanding of driving to participate. Children under 16 should be accompanied by a responsible adult. This tour is not appropriate for children under 14, pregnant women, individuals with back or neck pain, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions.
• Check the weather forecast before the tour and dress accordingly. In summer, opt for light clothing, while in winter, wear long, covered clothing with a jacket. If you have sensitive skin, avoid using henna.
• Carry valuable items at your own risk. The tour operator is not responsible for any missing items during the tour. However, they will assist you in case of misplaced items.
• During the Holy Month of Ramadan, certain limitations for “Ladies Khaliji Dance” may apply. Tanoura and Fire displays will be provided in the desert camp (Al Khayma) instead. Entertaining programs may not be available on other religious holidays, with dates to be announced by government officials.
• The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but the operator will make efforts to accommodate individuals with physical disabilities if notified in advance.

The dates will be disclosed a few days/weeks before the event/day by government officials.
